Secretary desk: The secretary tables are particularly well-known for convenience of the many drawers incorporated in them. These tables were very tall, almost as high as seven feet, and had a unique shape. The desk narrowed down at the upper end, while the surface at the upper side is hinged in such a manner that it forms an angle when closed. This particular design of desk has been used for over decades now and it is still popular among the many tables being sold.
Slant top desk: The slant top table is designed in the same manner as a secretary desk. The only difference between these two models is that its top surface is not hinged. The trade name for this desk is bureau desk. The chief advantage of this model is that it is light weighted and it can be handled with a lot of convenience. In addition to that, the small size of this table allows it to occupy lesser workspace in your office and this feature gives it an extra edge over the secretary desk.
The primary drawback of all the above desks is that they take up a large portion of the workspace in your office, thereby leaving very less room for the rest of the things. Apart from that, there are no difficulties associated with these desks and you can use them conveniently for any purpose that you want.
